Country Living, March 2006
The March issue of Country Living, which I was delighted to find waiting in my mailbox last night, devotes its pages to women entrepreneurs. This means panel after delicious panel of salivating fabrics (Amy Butler is just one of the women profiled), papers, ribbons, repurposed flea-market wonders, vintage delicacies, and enchanted workshop interiors. Sprint, don’t run, if this kind of thing fills you with the same heart-fluttering ardor. Then, bask and raise a glass to the spirited women who leapt before looking, and discovered they could fly.
