Michael Pollan is my hero and has been for years, so I can say without reservation that was the Best Article Ever. I was even able to convince Colby to read it on the way in from work. Hopefully tonight’s trip to the coop will actually see him shopping with me in the produce section instead of just picking up a 3 gallon bag of granola and four pounds of cheese that’s going to turn into a science experiment in the fridge in two weeks.
I have renewed my commitment to eating actual food, again.
