I guess this would be as good a time as any to announce that I’ll be starting at TreeHugger full time in around two weeks. Whoo hoo! I’m looking forward to zero-commute days, home-cooked lunches, and tête-à-têtes with my furry co-worker.

Very cool. As a fellow work-at-homer I will caution you on the inevitable squabble over the rights to the keyboard. I think you can take Chekov… but just in case might I suggest keeping a containor of cat treats handy to throw? A well tossed kibble or a fuzzy mouse might be all that stands between your deadlines and a well-defined cat tuckus!

Home-cooked lunches are one of the best things about working from home. Not commuting comes pretty close, though.
