Nearly all bubble baths and liquid body washes have ingredients that require those warnings, unfortunately. My daughter's pediatrician strongly advised us to avoid giving her bubble baths because the chemicals in them cause urinary tract infections (which our doctor sees all the time in infants and kids for just that reason). Fortunately, we found California Baby bubble bath, which is totally safe. It doesn't produce a lot of suds (since it lacks that suds-making-yet-skin-irritating chemicals), but you can greatly increase the sudsing by using a whisk to agitate the water right where you pour in the bubble bath.
